Section 15, NDPA

Secretary to the Council

The National Commissioner shall be the Secretary to the Council, and —
(a) be responsible to the Council;

(b) keep the Council’s records;

(c) conduct the Council’s correspondence; and

(d) discharge such ather duties, as the Council may determine.
